I – INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE SITE

This section contains information relating to how “41isole” is managed with regard to the processing of data of users of “41isole”.

2 – Data Processor.

The data controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.
Pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679, upon appointment by the data controller, the data controller of the “41isole” website is: Stefano Dell’Uomo.

3 – Place of data processing

II data processing generated by the use of “41isole” takes place at Via E.Bosisio 3/a Luvinate (VA).
In case of need, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the person in charge of the processing or persons appointed by it for this purpose at the relevant location.

IV – DATA PROCESSED

1 – Data processing – Modalities

Like all websites, it this site also makes use of log files in which information collected in an automated manner during user visits is stored. The information collected could be the following:
Internet protocol (IP) address;
browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
name of the internet service provider (ISP);
date and time of view;
web page of the visitor’s origin (referral) and exit;
possibly tl number of clicks.
The above information is processed in an automated form and collected in an aggregate form only for the purpose of verifying it proper functioning of the site, and for security reasons. This information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as Ip address, the could be used, in accordance with the relevant laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or otherwise harmful activities or constituting a crime. Such data is never used for user identification or profiling, but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users, such information will be processed according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
If the site allows the inclusion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility of sending Curriculum Vitae for any purpose, the site automatically detects and records some identifying data of the user, including the email address. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user when requesting the provision of the service. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.
The information that the users of the site will consider to make public through the services and tools made available to them, is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any responsibility regarding possible violations of the laws. It is up to the user to verify that he/she has permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

2 – Purpose of data processing

The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities, and in any case no longer than 2 years.
The data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the previously stated purpose.

3 – Data provided by the user

As indicated above, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

V – USER RIGHTS

Article 13, c. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 lists the user’s rights.
Therefore, the “41isole” website intends to inform the user about the existence of the user’s rights, based on the following articles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
(a) Under Article 15, of the right of the data subject to request from the controller access to personal data, under Article 16 the possibility to rectify the data provided, under Article 8 the possibility to supplement or limit the processing concerning him or her, or to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing under Article 21, in addition to the right to data portability under Article 20 Regulation (EU);
b) the right to request the deletion under Art.17, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
c) the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, deletion, blocking of data, transformation have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Requests can be addressed to the data controller, without formalities or, in altenative, using the model provided by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, or by sending an email to: gdpr41@gmail.com.
If the processing is based on art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent to use -or on art. 9, paragraph 2 letter a) – express consent to use genetic, biometric, health-related, revealing religious, or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions – the user has the right to revoke the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
Likewise, in the event of a violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, as the authority in charge of controlling the processing in the Italian state.

VI. SECURITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED

This site processes user data lawfully and fairly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the indicated purposes.
